This past week StratoDevils members presented at a NASA Space Grant poster session here at ASU. We were able to present our findings from last semester's launch and it was a great opportunity for members to not only practice assembling the data in a manner thats fitting to present but also further develop their presentations skills. We are eager to start assembling the different components of our payload, parts were ordered this week and we hope to be in the lab working with hardware in about 1-2 weeks. We will also be 3D printing a payload design soon.

StratoDevils’ launch day was a success! The semesters hard work paid off on launch day and our Fall 2022 payload made it back down intact. Our team worked together the night before to ensure everything was working and we were up at 6 am for launch. The StratoDevils’ payload was on the second balloon launch that reached 33 KM from the surface of the Earth. We launched from a site south of Phoenix in Maricopa County and in about 90 minutes our payload made its way back down and we went to retrieve it in Florence, AZ.
